The team at the Rick Stein restaurant in Winchester are supporting The Murray Parish Trust by donating 50p from every sale of their extremely popular Winchester Pudding Dessert until the end of December!
Rick created this dish specifically for the Winchester restaurant, based on a 1906 recipe, a steamed sponge pudding flavoured with mixed spice, orange, currants and sultanas. Grand Marnier, butterscotch sauce and Cornish clotted cream and the dish is extremely popular.

Rick Stein Winchester have been enthusiastic supporters of The Murray Parish Trust and have supported the charity in many ways through fundraising initiatives and volunteer support. The Murray Parish Trust are holding a Christmas Coffee Morning at the Winchester Restaurant on 15th December 2021 so please do come along an meet the team!
