Charity Chefs’ Challenge
Featuring Lainston House Hotel, The Jetty restaurants and Bake Off, Crème de la crème 2016 and 2017 winners.

Eat, drink and enjoy a truly entertaining evening of live culinary theatre whilst raising money for The Murray Parish Trust. The emphasis of the evening is on light-hearted fun, involvement and learning how to create impressive food in minutes. Witness tricks of the trade and theatrical food magic.
Chef Patron Alex Aitken from The Jetty restaurant will expertly guide us through an evening of cookery theatre and witty repartee.
Together with Alex will be Craig McColm and Daniel Noonan representing the Jetty Christchurch and Southampton Harbour hotels. Andy MacKenzie and Sylvain Gachot, representing team Lainston House hotel. TV’s favourite chocolate masters, Mark Tilling and Corporal Ian Mark, winners of the 2016 and 2017 BBC Bake Off: Crème de la Crème will be helping to raise the temperature in the kitchen.
There’s audience participation with Q&A’s and a few lucky winners will be eating at the Chefs’ table.
£25 ticket includes a welcome glass of Prosecco or Ringwood Ale, delicious canapés from Vanilla catering and tastings from Waitrose and a complimentary New Forest ice cream, which will be served in the interval.
Thanks to the generosity of the performers, donors and sponsors the entire £25 ticket fee, raffle and auction monies will be donated in full to The Murray Parish Trust; raising money to build a dedicated children’s A&E and trauma unit at University Hospital Southampton.
Bring your friends along for a great night out; you’ll be raising funds whilst eating drinking and having fun being entertained. It’s easier than running a marathon!
