Ideal Collection raises over £20,000 – Next stop £30k!

The Murray Parish Trust Events & News 0 Comments

The Ideal Collection recently donated £3,681.98 to The Murray Parish Trust. This latest donation makes a grand total of £21,462.39 that this wonderful group of venues have raised since the beginning of 2016.

This incredible amount is the result of a fundraising initiative, in collaboration with Hampshire Fare and Harvest Fine Foods, which Ideal Collection have in place across all of their venues in the South. Each venue has been donating £1 for every children’s meal bought in their restaurants as well as a donation of 50p per 1ltr bottle of New Forest Spring Water purchased.

After reaching over £20k from donations in just 18 months, The Ideal Collection is now heading towards a £30,000 fundraising target for The Murray Parish Trust’s #2MillionSteps appeal, an impressive goal indeed.

Initiatives like these are an incredible way to support a charity, taking small steps really does achieve big things!

Our #2MillionSteps appeal is aiming to raise £2 million over two years to build a dedicated children’s A&E (Trauma Centre) at Southampton University Hospital – with government match-funding in place this donation is doubled making the building of this life-saving department many steps closer.

We would like to say a huge thank you to the Ideal Collection and all their venues: No5 Bridge St – Winchester, The White Horse – Otterbourne, The Bugle – Hamble, The Boat House Café – Swanwick Marina and The Boat House Café – Chichester Marina.
