The incredible team at Kimbridge Barn held an event that looked like something straight out of Wonderland on Friday 22nd April 2022! Their ‘Mad Hatter’s Tea Party’ was the perfect day out for the whole family, with everything from delicious (and very colourful!) treats, to arts, crafts and activities – all in aid of raising money for the Murray Parish Trust!
Helping to bring this wonderful event to life were a number of local businesses & suppliers, with lighting from Luminique Events, feather vases from Pomp & Petals and balloon decorations from Kings Balloon Decor.
And no tea party would be complete without a number of tasty sweet treats to choose from, provided by Cakes by Victoria Marie, as well as a face painting station by Snazzy Roo Face Painting for some extra fun for the little ones.
“We had the most magical afternoon at our Mad Hatter’s Tea Party spectacular and transforming The Barn into an enchanting wonderland like it’s never been before! It was so wonderful to see so many excited smiley faces tucking into the magnificent feast of delicious and eye-popping, marvellous creations and enjoying all the weird and wonderful activities with the utterly bonkers Mad Hatter himself. The face painting by Snazzy Roo and Steve Acheson the caricaturist were particularly awesome! This is all part of our support for the Hares of Hampshire event, where we have committed to donate 50p from every kids meal to The Murray Parish Trust and in just over two months, we’re proud to share that Kimbridge Barn has raised an impressive £1,147.” – Genevieve Parker, Kimbridge Barn
And a huge thank you to everyone who came together for such a wonderful spring event as well as those of you who came along to have tea with the Hatter!
