Parkewood School of Dance took dancing steps for The Murray Parish Trust in July by putting on a spectacular performance of The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe which raised a staggering £6,710 for our #2MillionSteps appeal.

Parkewood specialises in both classical and contemporary ballet and hosted it’s bi-annual ballet show, which this year was, “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe,” at Thornden Hall, Chandlers Ford on 23-24 July 2016 (shows ran daily at 3pm and 7.30pm).
We would like to say a huge thank you to Parkewood’s amazing dancers for inviting us along to see such a spectacular show. Charlotte Farrell-Paulton who played Lucy was outstanding as were all the dancers and a 3 year old boy as a Snowball was a particular favourite.
Principle of the school Lynne Wiltshire says, “I am very proud of all our pupils and in the way that they have worked so very hard over the last six months, supported by my wonderful staff, parents and former pupils, to raise funds for The Murray Parish Trust”
Parkewood School of Dance is based at Fleming Park, Eastleigh and has students, aged from 3 to 18, from all over Hampshire and raises funds for a variety of local charities. The school has both, an excellent reputation and exam success rate, with many students going on to a variety of top ballet schools
