Parkewood School of Dance, founded in the 1960’s,  have participated in many charity performances throughout the years. Performing at our Christmas Celebration in Winchester Cathedral last December the Parkewood girls stunned the audience with a breathtaking ballet performance to A Christmas Medley by the London Symphony Orchestra.

The principal Lynne Wiltshire herself was a Parkewood girl before joining The Royal Ballet School and then the Linz Ballet Company in Austria. Lynne was joined by Jennifer Kennett, Lucy Creighton, Jena Tyler and Lewis Tribbeck who have added to the huge success of the school.

Former Parkewood pupils have joined professional companies including The Royal Ballet and Ballet Rambert and are enjoying careers on cruise ships, in the West End and touring companies. The current director of The Royal Ballet Schoot is a former pupil.
