The team at the Rick Stein restaurant in Winchester are supporting The Murray Parish Trust by donating 50p from every sale of their extremely popular Winchester Pudding Dessert until the end of 29th October
Rick created this dish specifically for the Winchester restaurant, based on a 1906 recipe, a steamed sponge pudding flavoured with mixed spice, orange, currants and sultanas. Grand Marnier, butterscotch sauce and Cornish clotted cream and the dish is extremely popular.
