And thank you to Cand at Perrin from Breathe Fundraising for her help in organising them all into an efficient focused team.

Shadi Ganjavian-Connor (Ambassador to The Murray Parish Trust)

Shadi has been involved in numerous community efforts, raising vital funds for the #2MillionSteps campaign whilst raising the charity’s profile locally and further afield. She has raised over £20,000 alone by climbing The Matterhorn Mountain in Switzerland last year. “Organising a ball for 400 people in 5 months is a crazy idea which was born thanks to slice of pizza and a sprinkle of madness from Shadi, however with help from her friends and support from the local community the evening is set to blow us away whilst raising vital funds.”

Ali Sendell moved up from Devon 24 years ago, and lives with her husband Jon, son Jacob and 2 black Labradors. Ali’s background is in finance and is a part qualified accountant and proves time and time again that teamwork is key to every challenge. Driven to get the detail right and with the kindest nature, she aims to make this ball the most successful thing she’s been a part of. Ali seldom rests and loves spending her time at the gym, cycling and when time allows playing golf. She consults at the University of Southampton and helps her husband run his business by keeping the finances up to date. She also works as a volunteer at a local charity shop in Chandlers Ford.

Annabel Stewart is married to Nigel with 3 children – she’s enjoyed working with various charities across the years following surviving breast cancer and losing two precious babies to stillbirth.
Having cycled across Cuba in 2017 for a babies’ health research charity just 11 weeks after breaking both her elbows, she is never one to shy from a challenge! So, when approached to organise another MAD Ball for an amazing local cause that everyone will benefit from and will save children’s lives, she couldn’t resist.

Kate Brackley is married to Malcolm with 3 children and spends much of her time driving her kids to various sporting activities in the county!  She has worked with various charities over the last 10 years after being diagnosed with breast cancer aged 36, particularly the Wessex Cancer Trust. Trained as a property surveyor, she manages a number of family properties and also works two days a week for a charity (The Cranfield Trust) based in Romsey, who work with business volunteers to put their skills to work for Charities as pro bono consultants to help non-profit organisations change and grow. After successfully organising two charity balls, Kate is up for a fundraising challenge! When asked to organised the MAD Ball on behalf of The Murray Parish Trust she jumped at the chance! She loves working as part of a team and is driven to raise as much money as she can for the Charity to enable the Trauma unit to be built as soon as possible.
